Box Jumps and Windmills to start

Partner 20 minute AMRAP

Box Jumps

10 x Burpees

KB Sumo DL High Pull

*In groups of 3, rotate through the exercises.  Switch when the burpee partner hits ten reps.  Complete as many box jumps and high pulls during that time.  Keep track of total reps for both box jumps and high pulls
